Program Overview

Gi class

Our Gi classes focus on traditional Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training with the use of the kimono. These sessions cover a wide range of techniques, including positions, submissions, escapes, and transitions. Students will learn the intricacies of grips, controls, and leverage that are unique to Gi training. Our experienced instructors guide students through both fundamental and advanced techniques, ensuring a well-rounded and comprehensive understanding of BJJ.

No-Gi Classes

In addition to traditional Gi training, we offer No-Gi classes, which focus on grappling without the traditional kimono. No-Gi BJJ emphasizes speed, agility, and dynamic movement, making it an excellent complement to Gi training. These classes provide a different perspective on BJJ techniques and are suitable for all levels, offering a diverse and comprehensive training experience.

This was my first experience with bjj and I really wasn’t sure what to expect. But man, every professor has been awesome and super patient with me. I felt welcomed even though I didn’t know (still don’t know) what the hell I’m doing 😅. I can’t recommend this place enough. I always leave feeling great and all of my classmates have been solid too.
